Projectweb.mobi will be developed as secure server sites for document transmissal and storage of data using a mobile phone interface.

Actually, roadhouse.mobi will probably get some trickle-down traffic from people looking for roadhouse.com (235 ovt + ext). It is too early to have any metrics on how the relative popularity of a .com site sharing the same name would affect the .mobi site so giving a value would be difficult. A quick search on G shows no advertisers for the term "roadhouse".

I agree that these names are better suited to development than to resale.
