Dev.mobi now has a tool to provide a report for checking your site for .mobi Ready. Go to the link below and check your sites:

http://mr.dev.mobi/

(And then submit your site to dir.mobi!)

The tool is very neat indeed.. It gives a nice report with how much it will cost the customers ( in terms of talk time etc) to download your site apart from any other issues with xhtml issues you may find with your site.
