     | I think the general consensus was that they wouldn't be that great because would people actually be surfing adult sites and downloading stuff while out and about like on the bus? All I can imagine is people using them in public washrooms.  |

| Don't forget the we are really censored in the US when it comes to porn and nudity. No nudity on regular TV, no nudity in magazines (unless it is a porno), no nudity on the beach. This is the land of the free, only if, you are fully clothed  |

 | Although Premium SMS (PSMS) isn't legal in the US at the moment, it doesn't mean that it is not legal elsewhere. Porn on mobiles is a huge revenue stream and there are already dozens of huge companies that I know off the top of my head that are providing it.
