UK Contemporary artists have started a new ongoing conceptual artwork at www.wanna.mobi . ‘The whole mobile internet is brand new and very exciting,’ said artist Jonathan Powell. ‘We are utilising it in a way never seen before to both help people and discover an insight into the problems and needs of everyday life.’ The artwork wanna.mobi is accessible through mobile phones and allows people to ask any question and get a reply sent back to their phone. Participants are able to get useful information whilst the artists gain insight into everyday needs and expectations, as well as discovering what people do not know and what they want to find out.
