Advertising on .mobi?

Is there any service (like adsense) but for WAP websites?

If not -- I might develop one, how many people would use this?

A mobile parking service will be useful once businesses begin developing and advertising their mobile sites. Think about it, if the ads don't link to a .mobi, WAP, or mobile site than it is basically useless.

Good point, it would definitely be a great point of entry at the moment. You might as well start to develop the infrastructure behind it and proceed forward from that.

I would imagine that Google will let you use a couple lines of content and the text based adlinks ads.

I don't think cell phones can handle javascript. (Or most.. a few probably do.)

The only other way I can think of would be PHP includes or something similar. I don't see a good way of advertising coming to .mobi for a while.

Anything serverside I guess would work.

Something like text-link-ads would be best I guess

Adbrite is also running a mobile platform in BETA

It took several years for us to have Adsense and then Yahoo Ads, the two most popular and reliable revenue streams for publishers......my hunch is with .Mobi, it'd be before the end of this year that we start seeing decent options for making a buck with these sites. First, these middlemen (Google, Yahoo et al) need to convince and line up advertisers on this .Mobi platform before having us on board to put these ads on our sites. The Big G has already started working on this: https://adwords.google.com/support/b....py?topic=8500
