2 domains I never planned on selling :|

Hey Guys,

Well, I'm normally one to keep the domains I have (I'm not much of a seller or anything, once I get a domain - I keep it and usually develop it). I was really planning on actually developing the two domains that I now find myself posting for sale. To be honest here, I need to get money fast for my rising tuition costs before I either have to stop going to college or borrow money from the bank.

I have the domain UnrealCasino.com for sale. I am asking $110 for it. PM me for negotiations. (I had it professionally appraised at approximately $250 - the people I bought it from were origanally asking for $600). This domain is highly brandable.

The other domain is an excellent one-word [Adult] .Org (pretty much all other extensions are taken. - See the Adult Domain Marketplace for the domain itself). I'm selling it for an all-time low $80 because of my need for quick funds towards college. This domain is like I said a one-word domain, the word itself has a value of over 30,000 overtures for it!!
