This domain is for a site my friend made. It is for roms which are games for systems that you can play on your computer. Today we were accepted by one of the biggest affiliates and got over 1300 unique hits just today. As long as the site keeps us as an affiliate, we'll be getting thousands of hits (they only added us in the afternoon). I cannot guarantee how long the affiliate will keep us after content is changed, but what I can say is that many of the sites on that affiliate are long dead and have not been removed yet meaning even if content was changed there's a strong chance that site would remain for a while.

Some new stats: Last night by the end of the day, 1900 unique people saw the site. In 1 and 1/2 days, 100 members registered. This morning, already 500 unique people have accessed the site. It's registered at GoDaddy (free push) with 11 months of hosting left (ends Nov 24, 2005).

Remember: Minimum is $1k with the Buy It Now set at: $2k.

Having as much as 2k unique people a day i think deserves at least 1k. I sold a name that had 200 uniques a day, easily for $500.

-130 new signups (today)
-250 rom downloads (today)

Great name to park because since different affiliates have linked back to our links such as linking back to www.romplace.com, www.romplace.com/download.php, having it parked it doesn't matter what people click as long as it starts with www.romplace.com. Lot of potential for money making.

Sorry about that. Until I get adsense, I wanted some form of revenue. Most people use pop up blockers, so it doesn't affect them. As soon as I get adsense, I'll remove them.

Updates: Just got accepted by a reliable affiliate, that from past experiences are very slow to update and most likely they'll forget even if you change content. Last time, they didn't update site for months when content had been changed. They will bring a reliable 100-200 additional uniques.

I'm in the process of affiliating with many sites to bring in even more traffic. The chance that you will still get a lot of traffic after content is changed is very high. The main affiliate is slow to change. The smaller affiliates are also.

Stats:
-Total of 260 member sign ups in last 2 days.
-Over 4,000 unique views in last 2 days.
-Never under 5 people watching at a time and record is 25 at a time.

Site has generated a few dollars from pop ups and the ads have been clicked many times, unfortunantly, we haven't gotten google adsense yet. We're in the process of doing that which can generate some cash.

Updates:
-So far today we had 1000 unique clicks.
-Total of 415 members have signed up since Friday.
-Yesterday had over 2000 unique clicks by nightfall.
-Around 600 downloads since friday.

Use someone's adsense account, as long as your site doesn't violate TOS, then we don't violate TOS by letting you use it. Just for 24 hours, we'll see what the revenue is, and might help us choose...

I'll try to get the ads. Google should approve me very soon. Site made a few dollars in pop ups in 2 days through infinityads. We had 1300 unique pop ups in 2 days (for all those people w/o pop up blockers which was like 1/4 of all the viewers).

-Also, today we had a maximum number of users at one time of: 44.
-Sumbitted site to numerous search engines.

If anyone has an extra adsense account that I can have the password to, I can try with theirs or wait till I get my own.
