Large Gaming Advertising Network for Sale

Hi, I am Paul Reichelt (Darkfire001) the Advertising and Marketing coordinator for the Borngamer.com Advertising network. The BornGamer.com network has been up over a month and is already averaging a few thousand gameplays each month. We are selling the network, because the current owner/game maker wishes to pursue other hobbies. Included in this sale are:

-The BornGamer.com Domain Name
-Full Licensing Rights to the current 4-Games
-Duck Shoot (Already quite Popular)
-Halloween Havok Online Version
-Halloween Havok (First HH Game that is featured on several shareware discs and was averaging thousands of downloads from CNET before it was delisted, just recently).
-BGSlots (This has sold dozen of copies at prices ranging from $20-$50).

-The whole website which is custom programmed and one of a kind. This several weeks of HTML and CSS programming to create and features intergration with Paypal so Advertisers can easily buy more Ads.
-Included is the whole Database of members. Since launch we are advertising 1-2 Members a day and we already have 4 Companies advertising with us.

-Borngamer.com is getting larger everymonth:
-In March there were 873 Unique Visits compared to may which had 1392 Unique Visits and this month is on track to break over 1,700 Unique Visits.
-Also included are 800,000 Worlbe.com Banner Impressions which were regularly used to bring in both new websites and advertisers.
-We are also including at least 4 High-quality banner ads that we had created that regularly achieve CTR's above %1.3

There are many more things we can include, but not everything is listed since not all of it comes to mind. We are looking for both appraisals and offers.

Under 2000 uniques in a month is almost nothing. Thats about 66 2/3 per day. I would say for traffic it isnt worth much, for the custom programming and website, etc... maybe 250$ total. No idea how much profit this is making, so unless there are some more accurate statistics available it is hard to tell.

Let me clarify this also included source codes for all of those games which alone could fetch over $1,000. We had offers on the Downloadable version of Halloween Havok to place spyware on it for up to $600, but the owner declined since he doesnt like spyware, but a person who would buy this package for resale could easily find a person to buy advertising on it.
