Please DO NOT post derogatory/negative remarks in Sales threads OR attempt to "appraise" the name(s) for sale. Only post if you have questions about the sale, or have interest in the domain.
Comments such as "too pricey for me", "can't afford that much", or "wish I had money" are not appreciated.
Low ball offers (relative to a posted Asking price) in the thread are not appropriate. PM the owner if you wish to make any 'special' types of offers or inquiries. When in doubt, simply "PM" the owner.
Please DO NOT post Offers/Bids using NP$ ("Namepros Bucks") in this space, unless mentioned as an option in the Seller's post. There is a separate NP$ Sales forum for that purpose. Paypal cash is the preferred payment here in the "Domains For Sale" Forum, unless other arrangements (escrow, credit card, wire, etc.) accepted by seller.
Domain Sellers:
NEW RULE (effective Sept 25 2007) Registrar and Expiry dates are required for each name being sold if expiring in the next 60 days.
Only one "bump" is allowed every 24 hours.
"Still available"....and the like are considered bumps.
If you are doing a price reduction or updating the Sold's, one of these type of posts within the 24 hours will probably be acceptable at the staff's discretion. Don't try and fool us....we've been there
Threads that bump in less than 24 hours are unfair to other members and [B]will be deleted.
This keeps the system fair for all.
- No external links to domains for sale.
- No external links to websites outside of NP
- No links/urls to domains for sale.
- No Stealth posts "PM me for the name" type posts..Names must be posted.
- Link to screenshot of stats is required if you are claiming Traffic or Revenue or threads will be closed...
-Any post containing any Adult language names will be deleted.
-No Crossposting no copying/partial copying of sales between the sales forums.
NEW RULE (effective April 1, 2006) - Sales Thread Limit - There is a limit of one new thread per member, per marketplace forum, per day. You may have two active threads per marketplace forum at any given time.
*Consolidate multiple domains for sale into one (1) Sales thread for convenience and courtesy. The continued growth of our community makes this necessary to keep things running smoothly for EVERYONE.
Fixed Price / Buy-It-Now - If an item is offered with a fixed sales price, the terms of the offer will assumed valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.
Please include in the Sales/Auction listing(s) information about where the domain(s) are currently Registered (the Registrar), and corresponding Expiration Date(s). This will help potential buyer(s) make an informed decision.
NO hidden fees of any type, transfers (etc.) Please make it clear if any special conditions or charges are necessary due to registrar policies.
If you are posting domains that require immediate renewal (30 days or less), please state this upfront so potential buyers can be aware of the extra cost.

> If you had a successful transaction(s), be sure to leave positive TR (Trader Rating) within each other's profiles.
> You DO NOT earn NP$'s for posting in the Sales threads. There should be no extracurricular postings in this area.
