The domain gtanyc.com stands for grand theft auto - new york city.
as you know (or not) the new GTA4 game will be released in October and yesterday the 1st trails was released.
If you don't know what GTA is - it's a very popular console/pc game.

The domain was registered now in godaddy (a hour ago) and is registered for 1 year.

this domain will be very hot in the following months and after and is great for a new fan site for the next gta game!
