Remember that you are selling to domain resellers here. The pool service domain is a brandable domain that a swimming pool company might use, but it would also have many other choices, probably including some unregistered ones. It's very unlikely a reseller would pay much more than reg fee in the hope of finding an end user who wants to buy that exact domain.

Regarding the Xoom one: since "Motorola Xoom" is a trademark, many domainers would hesitate to invest in this domain.

The "property" ones should have some value, since towns named Marlboro and Howell can be found in multiple states. Why don't you send a quick email to real estate brokers in some of those towns - "The domain name [town]Property.com, which could help bring you more customers, is available for sale at a reasonable price. Please contact me if interested." (Maybe throw in examples of a few real estate companies that have websites set up at other [town]Property.com addresses.)

Im not an expert but I can suggest the following:

Firstly read as much as you can here and look at the other auctions, see what prices things are going for etc.

As far as your domains use google to help find end users, google keyword tool, zfbot.com is also a good tool. Open zfbot and put the terms that make up your domains and it will bring up any domains similar with the same terms in. You can then double click on the name to get the whois info (email etc)

Put your domains in the appraisal section here and see what others think....

and stay away from trademarks....

I've sold a few other ***Property.com names to real estate agents recently for between $80-$100 each but it took a LONG time. The latest being FortMillProperty,com

As for the pool name I have noticed that there are a few service companies with that name in the US. Maybe I'll give that a shot. I have to be honest, with HUGE differences in value from many different domain "appraisal" sites I was unsure of what it could actually be worth.

Never use automated domain appraisals such as estibot, valuate to give you a true reflection on price......a domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

Thats why Id suggest putting them in the appraisal section here where domainers will give you their honest feedback.....some good some bad but at least its honest and not some program working with a pre-programmed equation!
