I will include an expired vbulletin license if interested I think you can get version 3.8 with it. If they will let me transfer it. Also I have some nice logos for the site that I will include to the winner as well if they want them. I do not have the old database. Also I do not have a bin! Basically the highest offer or bid takes this. In the past I was offered $1000 for this domain over at DnForum as with other mid xxx offers ( I have proof). I turned it down because then I was going to develop it. I have since moved on and realized I do not have the time to develop this site into what it could be.

My opinion-
You cannot say :

"Basically the highest offer or bid takes this"

You originally put the domain up for auction...with no mention of just taking an offer. And no BIN was originally mentioned. You just cannot take an offer now that it is in auction and people have bid on it. You can only take the highest bid.

Mitch relax a little, I did not mean that if someone came along and offered me a lot of money I would take it and end the auction. The highest bid is the highest offer. That is what I meant. The domain will sell to the highest bidder. Also I am not basing this sale off of past offers, this is NO Reserve auction and will go to the highest bidder whether it is $1 or $10000. Nothing can be added, or changed to the auction once a bid is placed. The bidding increments should stay at $1 as posted but again you can make a higher bid.
