Auction Rules:

1. Starting bid is USD$100 for each auction
2. All auctions end on July 6, 12PM GMT (5pm PST)
3. USD$10 minimum bidding increments please
4. Auctions end on the exact minute, no late bids
5. These are SEPARATE auctions, all ending at the same time, and running together in this single thread for my convenience.

6. To bid on a site, you must write the sitename, then your bid amount, in a post below, or your bid will be cancelled (example: supernix.com: $215). You can bid on multiple sites if you wish to, but remember these are separate auctions, there is no discount for winning more than 1 auction. You can make bids for several sites using just a single post, to save room on this thread.
7. Each site has a BUY IT NOW (BIN) which you can take advantage of if you dont want to wait until the auction ends. To BIN, post "BIN and then the sitename". When you BIN, that site is removed from the auction and you own it. You can BIN anytime during the course of the auction. Payment is due in 12 hours via PAYPAL only. BIN prices are shown next to the sitenames.
8. This auction will not be cancelled, all sites will be sold on July 6, nomatter even if some end up at $100. Personally, I think these could be worth well over $3k a piece. Thanks for looking.

Feel free to signup and practice adding domains (pretend domains only) and operating within the member panel. Go ahead and create a couple different id's and practice making offers on domains. This is for practice, so all names shown on these sites are not for sale.

You can easily change the color schemes and the logos if you desire; header and footer php files make it easy to customize the look.

Hosting is provided by ZAGGS.COM out of UK; it is very reliable and
fast hosting on a Linux server Apache 1.3.33, cPanel X v2.5.0. They
host the dnbidder.com site.

Site includes specified domain,
license rights to use the scripts,
all the files & graphics of the site, and
free technical support and lifetime upgrades from smartscripts.net! Smartscripts sends all members updates when they become available.

The script itself would cost you $299 + $300 = $599 through
Smartscript.net. The parking feature is a $300 add-on but is
included in the site! So you can see, the BIN Prices set in this auction
are a steal!

These are licensed and already paid for scripts for use
on the specified sites. Your ownership info will be given to
the smartscript.net for their records. You may not use the scripts on any other site, you would have to buy another license for that. There are no other costs on your part other than the hosting after the first year is up,
which would be $9.99 per month should you decide to stay with ZAGGS.COM hosting.

(note the site in the walkthrough is a similar site I just sold - it is not for sale in itself. Use the sites on auction to practice loading names etc, not the domainrus.com site please because that particular site has been sold.)

When I transfer this site over to the new owner, there are only 3 things
for you to do:

1. Sign up with an XML feed provider such as Findwhat or Search 123. (You
are not required to do this step, but if you want to use the parking feature, you will need to)
2. Sign up at PayPal with the email address sales@[sitename.com]
3. Promote your site!

The transfer to you will go seemlessly and will take a matter of minutes. I have sold 2 previous sites, domainrus.com and domainnamesusa.com, and both transfers took only minutes.

You will be emailed a .zip file (~250k) containing all the files of the site, plus
all ftp, CPanel, and domain registrar info that you need.

Somebody emailed me and asked me:

"May I ask how you are getting the Scripts so cheaply? I see on their site the script is 299 plus extra for the parking feature? "

I am a smartscript.net reseller, and I buy the scripts in bulk from them, which requires me to come up with a lot of money upfront.

If you have your own domain, I can get you set up for $199 if you are a Namepros member (tell me your Namepros id). That includes hosting for 1 year and the Parking module, same as the sites on auction here have. If you dont want the hosting, it is still $199 - there's nothing off if you dont want the hosting. Currently I am only selling scripts that have the parking module feature.

The $199 does not include a logo - you would have to provide that, and your domain name of course. Also, you will need to register a parking domain (example: supernix-parking.com) at your own cost. This is needed for the parking (PPC) feature.

All you do is paypal them directly (sales@smartscript.net) and reference the name of the site, and my reseller id= 69534 in the body of the paypal. Then, PM me or email me back (domainblowout@yahoo.com) when you have done that and I will tell you what else you need to do (you need to set your dns etc). You would be set up within about 48 hours.

Lets say I have my own Domain, could I bid on one of these developed sites and simply change the Domain, like re-install the script on my own Domain?

Would you be willing to perform the re-install on my Domain, if so at what cost?

Great question, thanks. No I wouldn't be able to do that for you, since the licenses have already been paid and done for these sites. This auction is for these sites only.

However I can have the script installed on your own domain for $199 (see directions above).

What if the name expires and I forget to renew it, I cant use the script anymore?

Obviously it would be re-installed on my own server...

Actually this would be up to the script's author, smartscript.net. If you let your domain expire or wanted to change domains, I am unsure if they would let you "swap out" the licenses. They may or may not. If they do, they may charge a script install fee, etc.

However, for the purposes of this auction, my purpose is to sell these particular sites which have been alredy built. If you want to try to get smartscript.net to swap it out to another domain, that will be up to you, and I wouldn't be able to assist you with that, you would have to contact them directly. You can contact sales@smartscript.net before the auction ends to find out from them.
