I am using RegUrl.com and they offer domains to be $ 6.99 a year. I have so far received great support from them. Best of all they offer very cheap hosting plans both Linux and Unix.
I love their deletion domain feature - if you register your domain by mistake, you can delete it within 72 hours.
I have transferred all my domains to them. They seems to be good alternative for many domain name providers.
