Reseller not responding to email/phone - How do I get control of domain?

Hello all

I have a domain with webhosts-uk.net and they are not responding to emails or calls. I got a hosting/domain package with them a few years back.
Utilizing domaintools I can see that the the reseller actually used the registrar Fasthosts.

The whois information shows my business name as the Registrant: but the Registrant's address: is the address for that reseller.

Any way I can get control of my domain?

What happened to the registrar?

Bankruptcy? Or they are purposely just controlling your domain name?

I would file a lawsuit, maybe small claims?

The actual registrar is fasthosts.co.uk. I think the reseller was pretty much a one man band and I've heard through the grapvine that he has some sort of issue with ill health now.
