A very easy to use site, the customer service was fantastic and I got an answer within seconds, (which is more than my hosting company can do!) - Registered one domain there and it went flawlessly, no errors or anything like that. The whole progress took about 2 minutes, will certainly use them again in the future.

With so many domain registration services out there I was skeptical at first about one that I had not heard of yet. Well my instantaneous thoughts when I visited the site were that the name was very memorable, meaning I won't forget where my domains are located like some of the others I have used, the design was appealing to me, the consumer or potential buyer, and the rates at which I could get domains for riveled those of all the larger companies out there which makes you want to go with the smaller guy. Once I found something I didn't quite understand, the administrator was very responsive to my inquires and answered them with both professionalism and made it easy to understand.

Good prices!
The web site itself is very much like GoDaddy, if you are used to GoDaddy you will be up to speed in no time. Personally I don't like it.
Each domain comes with a free hosting plan and e-mail. There are ads though. I installed the Nexus weblog using the automatic RegisterBird system on one free hosting site. After this I was unable to install it on another free hosting site, it says it is already installed. Customer service was unable to resolve this. On the positive side they do answer in timely fashion.
Snowbird here helped me through the initial setup (I was concerned I had to enter my details twice for Paypal.)

Not had many domains with them however I have been impressed with them and their customer service.

I recently had an issue with 1 particular name however the matter was satisfactorily rectified extremely fast.

Customer service here is top notch.

I got lucky and a few of my domains I was having second thoughts about registering were being lagged by the system and so I was able to successfully cancel them free of charge.

Otherwise, you have the industry standard of wait time to return any domains you like, with a $1 fee (that RB passes down from ICANN, who bills them $1 per name).

Free lifetime whois privacy, and competitive rates with great sales.

Recommended to anyone who wants quality overall.
