I recently purchased a name and it is reg'd at CreativeOn. I had problems logging in...spent a lot of time with limited success.
I sent a pm to foka as I couldn't get to support at the time.
I can tell you...you could not have asked for a more Courteous and Friendly and knowledgeable response.
He told me they were having a few issues with the cp at the time and they were being attended to.
He apologised and said he was sorry that myself and some other clients were having problems.
He seemed knowledgable when I explained my browser and firewall situation.
(He didn't try to say "It must be something you are doing" as most support does because they don't want to say they have a problem.)
The issue was resolved in good time and all is working well.
This level of prompt, courteous, results oriented service rates very high with me.
