I registered a WS through namecheap..it seems its not like .com's, It's not available until now. Any expected time frame?

Ugh, WS is a ccTLD, it should be illegal to market it as .WebSite, it's a ccTLD for West Samoa, that's all I have to say.

yes and .Tv is Tuvala or something and domains still sell for 1000s so should .com be illilegal if its not a comercial site?

It normally takes a few hours for the nameservers to resolve, so it takes a short "Stop" on the website.ws site before it ends up on the right place....

May I ask why you used namecheap vs godaddy, dont namecheap charge like 3x what gd does?

Less commercials, and namecheap new look is decent...I don't go through offers when registering, and adding funds is easy, on top of this - better support for me as an International buyer.

Yeah, my main registrar used to be NameCheap, but I have switched to DomainSite for the most part.

I've never really heard of niether of these sites and most domain resellers already own GD accounts, in all GD NC eNom have a better rep. and as far as I believe have been around longer or at least used more. Price aint everything... but when you pay 3x as much it is...
