Never Really Developed a Domain Before.

Well I never really developed a domain before, but yet I have so many and havent fully developed one of them. I've picked out some of what I think are good development domains and I would like you to tell me if I should develope it what should I develope it into. How much you think it would cost and how much you think it would sell for. Also what would I have to do to find people to make layouts and scripts and such.

Here are the domains:

PlaystationLounge.com
OfficialWhois.com
NameStork.com

Any name has potential to be developed (well, almost any). Costs and sell prices will depend upon what you can do and what you must pay for. You can develop a website with no money or you can develop one with thousands of dollars.

Personally PlaystationLounge.com could be a good playstation forum or news website. Officialwhois.com would make a good whois website and Namestork.com is a very brandable name IMHO for a domain registration company. Those are just a few ideas I've tossed up, however.

If you're looking for people, check on down in the marketplace forum for any coders/designers that you may want.

I think developing the domain name is the most important thing to do lol. I am the exact opposite. Every domain name I own is developed. I usually don't get a domain name if I don't have any ideas on how to develop it. Anyway if you need some help developing feel free to contact me.

At some point or another I plan to develop every domain I have - or just about. However, I carry out probably 15-25% of those plans.

Just about any domain name can be developed. Remember to clearly identify in your own mind what the site is about before you start building as this will focus your efforts. Also, the site shouldn't just sit still after the first development stage, as well as promotion etc the site's content needs to be kept "fresh". This needs to be factored into your considerations.

I look at the domain game as a two way swing, when I search out for names I look for both names that I myself can develope in a reasonable amount of time that will bring me at least a 1000% profit and names that I think others would use to develope or collect for their own personal gain. I'm sure I am not the only one who does this as it should be normal practice for serious DN pushers, the idea behind developing a site is to realize the names potential..like your names for example "PlaystationLounge.com"
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/84242-never-really-developed-a-domain-before.html
I myself would develope this into a PS game review site with perhaps cheats as well and a forum as mentioned above. Another example "NameStork.com" I think of a drop name service as well as a service that allows people to lookup dropped names and soon to be dropped names...Storks drop babies into their new homes right as the legend goes. Just some thoughts..goodluck man
