Well I guess you chose them for their $16 price, however, we will soon be offering lower prices comparable to that as well And in the meantime we're letting the special of buying 3, and getting a rebate on the next, which is quite cost-effective.
We're also going to introduce new goodies to the control panel and give bonuses to our long-time customers very soon!

Thank-you! We still beat the general competition in terms of efficiency in support as well, so there are some additional factors to consider with our service

if you plan to buy more than $75 worth of .co.in and .in domain names,
becoming directi reseller saves you the most.

http://www.directi.com/resellers/pricing/

$12.59 for .in
$6.89 for .co.in

this rate is good once you deposit $75 to your account.
$75 is not fee, but pre-deposit that can be used for domain registration.

For customers, it's always advisable to go for customer's account. Because DirectI doesn't provide any support for Reseller's account. And it matters a lot. Otherwise DirectI wouldn't have such a big difference in it's own price difference between customer's and reseller's account.

Thanks,
Pratik

once you sign up as a reseller, you can make yourself the customer of yourself. then you can support yourself.
personally, i would not like to become a customer of any directi-reseller
and pay more when i could become directi's reseller myself with no effort.

i didn't need any support from directi when i was registering domain names.

Gregoire is on a distinguished road

Hey,

If you want a premium, you can also buy one from me : www.network.co.in

Concerning regs, I've used DD24.net, fantastic customer support (I'm not affiliated with them) but a bit expensive.

Grégoire.
