| Traffic Question Okay, so I bought a good 2-word domain, made a website, and got Google Adsense attached. Problem is, no real traffic yet, which I think is because (a) it's newly launched, and not well crawled and (b) there's no real content to speak of. So what I want to do is buy a small site with traffic and content and relay that site to my 2-word site. Here's my dilemma:
Do I:
a) Buy a site with content and transfer all said content to my better domain, and merely have the bought side forward to my new site?
b) Have my 2-word site forward all to the already developed site?
The 2 words have OVT of 500k, so content is really what I'm after, to get the Adsense bucks.
thanks in advance |

Buying another domain for relaying the traffic won't help much unless you develope the content of the first site as you say: there's no real content to speak of.
You will have to do something for providing some good content for the viewers, my friend.
Regards. |

| Developing your site is not as hard as you might think.Link exchange indexing is awesome,Google adwords is good for a short campain.Message boards are my favorite way to launch. You can establish alot traffic with the above. |

| If the site already has content and traffic, I'd leave it just as it is, because obviously people know about it and if you mess around with it, you may wind up losing that traffic. The two word domain is OVT w/extension? or without? If it's without, honestly 500 isn't that much, which is why you are not getting any traffic. Personally I'd develop the new domain separately with it's own content and after you get that going, to interlink the two. |

| If youre just looking for traffic to a site with simple or no content, submit your site to every major search engine and use as many keywords as possible.
Buy domain names or use your existing ones, and redirect them to the site.
There are a million ways to increase your traffic. These are just two ways that are simple and quick. |
