I recently registered xn--n1af.com and xn--n1af.net (punycoded со.com and со.net) on domainsite.com. After 24 hrs the domain was still not available in the control panel, so I emailed the support team. And got this in reply:

Ref: xn--n1af.com

Hello,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately having 2 "-" symbols next to one another is not a valid domain name registration format.
Both domain names are available with 1 "-". Please let us know if you would like to register those instead. Have a great day!

When looking this up in godaddy it says "invalid syntax".
How did someone on namepros registered ю.com, я.com, etc?..

hmm? Theres multiple warez sites with files--more--files or something .com :-/
