Help! Help me Achieve the first domain Sale!

Well, i have not really sold any domain names even i have up to 20 domains in my portfolio, not too many but it's enough for me.
i heard and read the threads here to contacted "end users" to direct sell domains, but so sadly it don't work for me.
please judge some of the domains i recently registered, help me locate the problem.

Well you're asking for advice, the problem is that the names are low quality or meaningless. End users have no incentive to purchase these domains if there are better alternatives still unregistered

I regret to say it's a quality issue. Those names might have a buyer somewhere, but it would be very hard to find them, and even if you could the price may be very, very low.

If you want to sell to end users, you need to have something that they will clearly see has value. But many end-users don't know what makes a good value beyond a premium name like toys.com. And, many already have a domain to start with and may not want to replace what you offer with a new one. Most names should be presented for the "additional value" or "advertising value" they offer. Here are the kinds of domains I would consider working with if you want to sell to end users. It's still not going to be easy so don't buy all of them at once: :-)

PhysicianAlbuquerque.com
SalonAlbuquerque.com
ChurchArlington.com
PhysicianArlington.com
SalonArlington.com
ArthritisMovement.com
CarpetingIdeas.com
PhysicianCharlotte.com
RestoringClassics.com
PhysicianElPaso.com
EngineerManagement.com
FortWorthCap.com
FortWorthCaps.com
FortWorthHat.com
WelderForums.com
LawyerGoldstein.com
SalonLongBeach.com
GarageMiami.com
EvertonMortgage.com
AnnuityNewYork.com
OaklandParkPlumbers.com
MotelsRichmond.com
(* all unregistered at the time of this post)

In fact, you don't have to buy them to start with. Put the keywords into Google and look at the sites that come up, but more importantly look at the ADS that come up. People that place ads may be your best customers, because it should be easy for them to get some traffic for the domain keywords that will let the domain pay for itself in a fairly short time, depending on what your price is, of course. But if you can find a number of sites with related domains, and especially if they domains they have are not so good, then that may be a good domain to buy and then try to sell. Somepeople try to sell the domain before they own it, but I don't recommend it unless your sales price is going to be very low. I say that because people won't like it if they find out later that you charged them $xxx for a domain you didn't even take a chance on, and it may hurt your reputation in the future.

Don't feel bad if it turns out you have 30 domains that are very hard to sell, by the time I figured this out I had many hundreds... :-(
