Hey all, I saw where someone had word press themes avail.? What are they and how do you use them?

Not sure if I fully understand, but Word-Press is a Content Management System (CMS) software:

WordPress › Blog Tool and Publishing Platform

And, once installed, you can install themes (so "word press themes" as you said) to change the look of the Word-Press installation.

You can add themes to Word-Press via the instructions as at:
