Hi,
i would like to know that whether a domain can be pushed if it has already expired? and if yes then till how many days from the expiry date?
does godaddy allow this?

then how come i see people selling expired domains?

I assume if they get a buyer for the domain in the 2-3 week window since it expired, they'll then renew and then push.

Depends on the extension and the registrar. Expired names are usually provisionally renewed with the registry and sent to redemption later if the owner decides not to renew. How long until the name goes to redemption after expiry depends on the registrar, but normally not over 45 days.
