Converting Traffic into Clicks

I have a number of domains with traffic, but little to no clicks.

What are the ways to try to convert traffic into clicks?

Any sugestions on what I can do to help clicks on a parked page?

Its not that easy nowadays, I would say there are 2 ways
1. pick the right "seed" keyword, the keyword(s) a visitor expects to see or relate best to the domain name.
2. play around with call-to-action keywords which might trigger curious clicks, e.g. easy money, win this and that, freebies etc.
