Domains Named after someone famous.

I found a domain that is available and it is of a famous person, I was wondering if it was safe to buy these or will someone contact you about giving it to them since it is "their" name...
Thanks in advance

Someone has said that it's best to stay away from celeb names. I mean what is your interest in regging the domain? You gotta think that even for the fee you reg it. You risk yourself to get sued etc so I'd double think about it before you actually go ahead and reg it.

It could go either way. However if it's a fan site and it's not the exact name in .com eg. tigerwoods.com then you probably won't encounter any problems. If they're super famous you could well down the track though, but then if they're super famous you probably won't have found an available domain name.
