Arrow is Google Adword Keyword Tool reliable?

exactly one minute ago i found a keyword with more than 100,000 exact searches/ month!!(global monthly search volume)
amazingly, the keyword is still available for registration!
so i just wanted to know whether i would get a fair amount of visitors if i register this domain?

this is the tool

Cancer Survivorship
1) Searches doesn't directly correlate to visitors, and they aren't a reliable predictor of type-in traffic either. If you develop something that ranks well for that keyword then yes, you should get some percentage of those searches and there will probably be some direct navigation traffic if the domain is parked.

How either of those translates to revenue is another matter.

2) Sometimes the tool's a little flakey - I occasionally see very unlikely numbers on an exact search. If it looks crazy to you, it probably is.

It is pretty reliable. From what I've witnessed, the exact matches (make sure you're on exact) are about right with the traffic I receive.

I've found it to be pretty reliable but it does throw up a few strange results every now and then.

I've also found some good keyword phrases with good search numbers, only to check back a week later and the number is completely different.

It's a fair guide but be careful and check with other keyword tools before jumping in.

you'd better use the exact match, it happened to me once, found a high volume keywords, and has not been registered yet, but when it changed into exact, the number dropped into hundreds only.
