i'd like to learn how to snag domains that i want when they expire

i'd like to learn how to decide what a good extension would be with a domain for example: i was thinking about getting "decent.us" but i dont think it would be worth alot, but i do think it would be..

i'd like to learn how to get more money on my domains at domainhop

i'd like to learn how to think of good words/combos to make them sell

i have alot more questions but i cant remember them ;\

You've come to the right place. My first piece of advice is to read and learn. Search thsi site using keywords and read the posts. You will learn a lot.

just a word of advice...dont post domains you may want in your posts, because some people, not most but some, will reg it before you can

ya, but even if you are thinking of getting it, i wouldnt say it. its a really competitive market out there

Lord, I've only been here what, a couple weeks (?) and I'm realizing already it's a scramble!!

Just read all the apprasials that come from people who seem to know what they are talking about. Just study it and over time you will learn more and more about the worth of domains.

As for what jeter said, I almost always post domains I find. Very rarly will someone take it without donating NP or something. If you want to find the value of a domain before you reg it just tell them what it is and ask that no one registers it and I don't think anyone will.
