Help with Project?

Okay, so I'm doing a project on Domain Names. And the point of the project is that I gotta have people convinced why they should go into the Domain Name selling/buying.. So far theses are my topics

1. Intro
2. What is a Domain Name?
3. When did the first Domain Name come out? (Thanks to NameFAQs.com for the information)
4. Where can you get a Domain Name at?

so far i'm kinda stuck, lol.. any other topics i should use to try to convince them? i dont think its convincing so far, just information about Domain Names. I think i'm going to add "Why buy a domain name?" then "Why sell a domain name?" and "Why park a domain name"

good suggestions tony84. I'd also include where you think the domain market is headed in the future and up and coming TLD's.

Think of it from a marketing perspective.

There are many reasons for buying a domain:

- because it makes it easy to find you or your business
- it looks professional

(for comparison, 1-800-FLORIST would be better than 1-302-5872927 local 7734, just as FLOWERS.com is more credible than FREEWEBPAGES.COM/FLOWERS )

- like jewelry, people like buying and hoarding them even when they have no intrinsic use, thus keeping prices up
