Can someone explain to me how to buy and sell and how to leave feedbacks for users please?

You can buy/sell domain names in the marketplace forums Domains For Sale - Fixed Price/Offer and the Domains For Sale - Auctions for real money. There's also the NP$ Sales & Auction in which NameBucks (NP$) are used for the domain purchases. It's the currency for the forum here at NamePros.

Trade ratings can be left for a member by clicking on the number next to "Trade Rating:" in the user's tidbit. It will take you to the user's feedback section, then click on the Submit Feedback for "UserName" and you'll be able to leave positive, negative, or a neutral comment.
