transfers


i have initiated a transfer from ev1servers to domainsite, I have added the transfer request at domainsite and has paid. Now what do i have to do?

1. Make sure you have fully complied with all transfer-in requirements with the
gaining registrar.

2. Check your WHOIS to see if the domain name is locked. If it's locked, log
inside your account and turn if off, if possible.

3. Wait for your current domain provider to send you an authorization email
for your approval or denial. Be sure to follow instructions to the letter.

If you want, you can wait for the new ICANN transfer policies to take effect
on Nov. 12. You can read about it here: www.icann.org/transfers .
