Question about Sedo's Minimum Commission Fee

I want to start selling my domains via Sedo, but I don't really understand their pricing structure.

1. It says $50 minimum - does this mean that the sales price of the domain has to be a minimum of $50, or the commission itself has to be a minimum of $50? So if I sell a domain for $100, what would that leave me with?

2. Also, it says there is no minimum fee if the domain is parked with Sedo. I heard somewhere that this applies only to US residents... is that true?

It means minimum commission is $50 ... Anyway Sedo minimum offer on any listed domain is $60 and higher on some other TLDs.

- If your domain was parked at Sedo, you will receive $90 of $100 domain sale , Sedo charges 10% commission.

- If your domain wasn't parked at Sedo, you will receive $50 of $100 domain sale.

No, it's not true. This applied to all members.

Good Luck

ARonald is on a distinguished road

Actually when you receive an offer on sedo, you also get to know about the commission rates and the final amount you will receive when you close the deal.

This is all true, but I should add, that your name needs to be parked at Sedo for the previous 30 days in order to qualify for the 10% commission. If not, it is actually still only a 10% fee above $500, it is just that the minimum fee is $50, so keep that in mind.

That's great! I don't have to worry so much about knowing the commission rates then

I didn't know about the 30 days rule, thank you Sleepys...
