Got an offer – need suggestions

Hello, I got an 100 USD offer for my domain financial blog (*) net on Sedo. What is better in that case: to make a counter offer or push it to auction?

well that depends on what you perceive the value of your domain to be!. If you think it's worth more than the offer, counter-offer to the buyer and see where that takes you. If you think you might get more money from an auction, push it and see what happens, unfortunately, in cases like this, it's hard to determine just what exactly the value of your domain is.

If you have revenue for this domain, than valuing the domain would be easier, good luck with the sale, and congrats!.

If you don't give us the name we don't know if it's worth the value, well I guess think to yourself what price will you accept to let it go then move the counter offer closer to that mark

I would counter with $500 hoping for something in the $250 range. Thing is finance is on a LOT of people minds. I would let it go to auction and keep your fingers crossed.

decent domain. i could see it going for more than $100 but probably not in the $xxxx range, although it all depends on the end-user.

Yeah, I agree. Aside from being a .net, how does the "blog" part of the name affect it's value? Are there any really big and successful sites out there with "blog" in the title you can think of shockie?
