Not Able To Buy NP$ through paypal

hi guys,
i wanted to list some domains for auctions and i needed NP$200 for listing. But when i tried to buy though the gateway it isn't going through.....any of the moderators please help me out as to how do i purchase NP$200.

have you tried purchasing from someone directly on the exchange?

The same page is loading again when i click continue

anyone who can give me 200 NP$ please post your paypal email id on this on this thread and i will send you US$ 4 for 200 NP$
