   | Some Estibot Clarifications See the attached pic 1. The more the backlinks the better? 2. The higher the pagerank the better? 3. The lower the rank the better? 4. The more under both of these the better? 5. If the traffic is accurate, then the domain should sell for more money? |

Yes - Anything with verified traffic will sell for more money, assuming the traffic is legit and can he verified.
