| NamePros Regular | not that I'm an expert at SEO, but I used to have free blogger accounts before I went into paid hosting. I think as long as your content is unique, your website should rank well, and having it hosted on blogger (which is owned by Google), your website will get indexed quicker, however, saying that, you are limited to what you can do on free hosting.... |

| NamePros Regular | blogspot is a good place to start. You can later set up a real domain and blogger will let you redirect the blogspot address to it, so you don't lose any traffic. Because of that ability you can even sell a blogspot blog pretty much like any website.
