Arrow Domain Transfer Question

Here is a message I sent to my registrar and they haven't replied in the time they said they would. This is kinda urgent. I was wondering if any of you had a reason. thx

Quote:
Hello,

I am trying to transfer a domain I recently won in an auction from another registrar to here.

Problem is, the person I bought it from isn't receiving the email. I think this could be because the user has WHOIS protection on that domain, so its being sent to a different email that isn't theres.

Is there any other way to get the domain to me? Or am I wrong about the WHOIS protection.

Thanks,

Gray

just an idea, if you have paid via paypal chances are you can contact the domain owner from his/her paypal email to give you his/her real email where you will request transfer codes from?
