How to transfer the domain to the buyer?

Someone want to buy my domain but we have a problem.
He wants to buy the domain and we agreed on some price 2,400 GBP, now the problem is that we dont have any safe way to do the transfer.

How can I give him the domain info and be sure I get the money?

firstly, congrats on the sale!.

safe way, use escrow.com to sell the domain.

go to escrow.com, sign up, fill out all releveant details, start escrow. buyer will be asked to submit payment to escrow, once escrow has received money, they will instruct you to transfer the domain. once buyer has received the domain, he will instruct escrow, and escrow will release money to you.

Yes, use escrow.com or escrowdns.com because not all country escrow work. Another solution is moneybookers. And congrat for your sale.

This is defiantly a good idea to go escrow. You can never be to careful.
