| New Member | solution This is something that needs to be addressed before the sale. I've sold sites that were fully developed with content, but the guy just wanted my domain name so he could do his own thing with it.
I dropped the price a bit, took down all the content, and gave him his product...a blank website.
In general though, someone will want to buy your website because of the content and because of the traffic.
That doesn't mean to say that you can't hold a copy of the content and go start ANOTHER website, under ANOTHER name...with the same content...THAT part is up to the buyer to cover in the contract...
