| Best Place to Sell Domains? I haven't actually been involved in the whole domaining business, but I want to at least get my feet wet. I recently procured the domain sedated.info and I'm wondering where/when I should sell it. Right now, it's parked at sedo and is available for bidding. I know it's not a very high priced domain (I got it appraised here at NP and people ranged anywhere from reg fee to low $xxx).
Now, should I try to just sell it in the domain auction forum here at NP (since I don't know exactly how much to sell it for) or should I try to auction it on some site like sedo?
Also, any suggestions on like starting price, increment, etc? I'm leaning towards selling at NP. |

| it's various for me, sometimes i get a sale on sedo, sometimes here, sometimes by utilizing google.com and searching for the keyword used in the domain and contacting 10 domains that ended up on the search results, so the key here is wherever you can get your hands on, some people can sell via phone. |

| My big sales are usually Sedo, but I have heard Afternic and Snapnames(Moniker) is good for high price sales as well, still haven't tried them yet |

| Only thing is, the domain i want to sell (sedated.info) doesn't seem to be a very high priced domain - so i'm wondering if it would be less of a hassle just to do it on NP. |

| You can always list it in the 'offers wanted' thread here on NP- if you don't like the offers you don't need to sell it |

| if you rush the sale it will go for $5 or not even sell. I would put it on sedo for "make offer" and see if there is any intrest in it. sedo is good for this because its free to put the name up for sale and it is a very well known site |

· #9 | | NamePros Member | Agree with johname - just put it on Sedo (remember to park it with Sedo to avoid paying minimum commission fee) and see how it goes. If you get to within a few months of renewal and don't want to renew it, then try selling on forums like this one. |
