I've read on the Internet thatin the past people downloaded those lists and found names that are will expire, and then getting them. Is it possible to get a list of all registered domains? Or only of all register domains under one TLD, let's say .se? Can someone post a link to that list, please.

Since .TV zone files are not public, how do some manage to build lists of expiring .TV domain names? I know verisign holds ownership of the .TV extension.
Anyone know how sites like Ahead.tv compile thier .TV pending delete lists?
