What is the refund procedure at GoDaddy?

I bought a typo domain, which I am not happy with since it's not getting any views. Can I get a refund from GoDaddy (I understand there's a 5 days 'grace' period) and does anyone know what the procedure is?

Just send them an email with refund request.

Call them up. Tell them you want to cancel one of your domain names. They will ask you which one, you tell them, they will have you cancel the name on your end, and then the refund will be sent back to the same method it originated from (i.e paypal to paypal, cc to cc, bank acct to bank acct) and it takes from 7-10 days generally.
