My first sale I just realized I got my first offer on my domain (unfortunely I 'd just put my deposit down on development hours before I realized it, next time I'll check my signup email first) $60 for a domain I hand regged less then a week ago! It's in an auction at sedo now. As a side note, someone made fun of it and called it reg fee in a very rude way, so to that guy, haha! I'm stoked!
The domain is disabledactors.com.

Nice. That is a good name. It does apply to the rules of logic. Disabled people need work too. Good luck!

Thats awesome! Having a successful startup (or first sale) is a great way to stay motivated, and keep chugging along in this crazy domain world. Keep us updated on any new developments, with this name and future names!

Maybe you can tell the web designer to rollover your deposit to develop another website instead of this website.

I got a refund on the deposit. More great news I just got an offer on my second real attempt at buying to flip for $200 I bought it for $15 off a closeout tdnam. (it's not even in my account yet, it will be on the 25th eitch is plenty of time, my auction has a week.) it's not even parked and has been up for sale on sedo for less then 24 hours!

TDNAM can surely be a gold mine at times.

Just as long, as you dont get carried away, thinking everything you buy will flip for a few hundred, then yes I agree, you can utilize it as a gold mine
