Any domain name will be value added once get developed.
But honestly, I think this name doesn't worth the time and effort to develop and promote. If it's just for personal hobby, then singular is ok but won't add much value. Or if the sites are for new mobi domainers, then newdomainers.mobi would be better, and it's still available.
Or, NewMobiDomainer.com, NewMobiDomainers.com would be a better choice for serious development.

OK, my opinion is reg fee at best. Many domainers are anti mobi. There must be better domains available to develop for new domainers. Best wishes with your sale
I'm not big on .mobi so I may be a little biased but I can't see myself accessing a .mobi domain as a new domainer in any case. I think .mobi could potentially be great for movietimes and ordering pizza or reserving hotel rooms on the go, but a .com would serve just as well IMO. Sorry, reg fee.
