To transfer your domain name to Crazy Domains, you must first fill in the transfer form located on the Transfer Domain page. After you have completed this form we will start the transfer process. This may take up to 10 working days.
In order for Crazy Domains to complete your domain name transfer request, we require transfer approval from you (the domain's official Administrative Contact). You will receive an email confirming transfer to us. You need to accept this before we can complete your transfer.
When the transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

i think i've just about worked it out, thanks again people
Thanks, that helps even more.
but hey its expired and is going to take up to 10 days for the transfer to complete...
reason for tferring in first place was cause it is cheaper, but i could lose the domain name if i don't renew it now.... and i don't want to renew with netregistry cause they are more expensive.
how can i go about renewing it with crazydomains? NOW or do i have to renew it with netregistry?

Thing is you have to start the transfer process at least 14 days before the renewal date. Otherwise there is a chance that your domain may expire in between.
So it is wise to renew it with your current registrar now and after that make the transfer...
