Hi,

For example take these domain names, (not mine, just using as an example).

book.com
bookshop.com
thebookshop.com

Now as a newbie I think that they are all great names.

Obviously book.com is the best one, but bookshop would be worth a a bit wouldn't it?

and then what about thebookshop.com?

in this specific example the more commonly used and shortest is the best and has the most value.

yes i can understand that, but....

If for arguments sake i found a similar one to say thebookshop.com

or buybooksonline.com etc.

would it be worth grabbing?

like I dunno, buycarsonline.com, or thedrugshop.com etc

2 words is better than 3 words.

use the estibot.com tool to compare, and you will see.

before deciding which, use these tools and see which are second to "book"
type "book" on all of them and compare, chances are majority of them taken in .COM extension.
