Advertising Income

I recently built a website to receive traffic from my parked domains. My goal was to link up with Adsense to generate advertising income. Unfortunately, Adsense turned my request down and offered little reason why.

I have no idea what my next option is. I am very low tech so I would not know how to go directly to potential advertisers. Any ideas?

this could be because adsesne has some pretty strict rules as to what they will accept. if you only build one page you may not get accepted or you might use frames

So I think he is looking for other ways to make advertisement income. I to am looking for the same since google no longer accept game sites, and search engine submission sites.

There are many PPC Search Engines that will allow you to place their content on your site - The only Problem is they do not pay but Somewhere in the range of 10 - 60 % of Google etc ...

or maybe try out just one or two affiliate sites

etc ...

If you'd like to try any of these - Let me know so maybe I can get some affiliate Signups - lol .... Just kidding Sort of .....

Doesn't Google allow you to put your ad code ANYWHERE once its been approved? I have it on about 3 game sites, but the site I applied under was my pro wrestling site. So why don't you just apply to it under a different site and then use that code for your gaming site?

i think if use apply using just your own parking page with PPC links, adsense will not accept them. i think it is in the TOS.

you need a least some content!

Not that I know of. Because I know they do checks here and there, and if they catch you, your screwed.

Here's a simple way to get Adsense to accept your website. Download a free and good layout and add some links to it with working content (copy+paste from your articles), then register that website with Google Adsense and Google Adsense will surely accept it. Remember, no frames, no dialers, and no pop-ups. Good luck!

if too many people do that, then they will reject!

I forgot to mention, after doing that you can put your adsense code on your real website also, and Google Adsense won't need to review it because it allows you to put the ads on your other websites.

Thats what I was saying. So if he gets it approved for one site, he can use it on whatever other page he said he wanted to use it on.

I'd really advise against trying to trick Google. They offer a resonably good ad service that really can make you money. Why not just develop your site by writing something? It will be interesting to readers who will then be more likely to click on a text ad AND it will make your overall site worthwhile...

Thanks for the replies. Based on your feedback, I think my key is to drive traffic and create a site that is worthy of Adsense. Until then, I am trying a small competitor to Adsense... Adhearus.

So far, I have not been too impressed but I am just getting going.
