[Help+ASK] Renew some of my domain

Hi Dear...

I need to help in here anyway... Some of my domain have registrated on myorderbox.com the site is http://store.corvuspro.com
Its been take a long time when i know my domain is expired and i have sent money to the owner of resseler site.

Now, i have confused for how can i renew my domain... any advise ? or if you have account to be resseler. I want to renew my domain there... .info and .org (*mostly)
I hope some one would reply my thread and give me a solution... i just wondering is it possible to use "move services" or move to another registrant for renew my domain...

Dear mate...

i have contact them with email, contact him with PM from DP (*after i have track him) and by phone, but it dont works, i dont know why...

anyway, i have 2 question...
1. is it move services is available event my domain pending deleted ?
2. is it move to another registrant such as godady is possible ?

not possible with this non-cooperating reseller. i think that's the only choice you have for now, not unless you know someone here that knows the owner of that reseller, and ask for help.

Well, he could find out who the Reseller is a Reseller for. (who is the registrar behind him?)

Then contact directly the Registrar and tell them about your story, they have the tools and power to do this right.

If you tell me this guys website, I will try and find out who he is reselling for. (I dont promise anything, but I can try at least)

Go to their website: http://www.resellerclub.com/

Contact them, tell them that their reseller with the website www.corvuspro.com is not responding and tell them about your story.

They should be able to solve this for you.

Actually they have asked me for contact PDR than let them know the Support Ticket Id. And they have reply and will give the best solution for me...
