And it's far less likely that the money in the account balance is from a stolen card, as most scammers don't put money into the balance from the card, just use it when they buy something. |

Even though a dispute is not being filed with the buyer's credit card company, the buyer can still file for a paypal dispute. Paypal disputes often take longer to resolve and if you are dealing with digital or electronic items, the buyer in most cases will win the dispute since the seller has a hard time proving a digital or electronic item has been received. With a domain name, you could probably show in a domain whois record that the new owner has his information in there. But sometimes that doesnt always work now that there is whois privacy features these days and stuff.
